PC Summer Athletic Performance Program

Raise your game to the next level! Our athletic performance program will focus on improving your speed, agility, power, strength, quickness, vertical jump, flexibility and athletic movement quality which will make you a better performer in your sport and help prevent injuries. The skills taught during the program provide a foundation for lifetime health and fitness along with athletic enjoyment.  Sport specific skill instruction will also be provided during breakout sessions. Whether you play on a field or a court, we can help you reach your full athletic potential!

Our experienced team consists of Greg Halberg and Dr. Eric Palenik, PT, DPT.  Greg has over 20 years’ experience improving the performance of scholastic, collegiate, and professional athletes in many sports including soccer, track and field, basketball, football, volleyball, wrestling and baseball among others. He was the Director of Speed, Strength and Conditioning and track coach at Central Michigan University, Performance Coach at IMG Academies, and camp director at Speed Quest/Speed City. 

Eric is the Director of Physical Therapy at Peak Performance Therapy in Sequim and specializes in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.  His clinical expertise includes analysis of athletic movement patterns in combination with traditional strength, range of motion, flexibility, and joint biomechanical examination to facilitate healing and optimal performance.  He has worked closely with local coaches and athletes implementing performance improvement and injury prevention programs along with regional orthopedic surgeons providing conservative and post-operative patient care.

Dates: June 26th to August 9th, 7 weeks 
Participants pay for 6 weeks but we will run for 7 so families can choose to miss a week if they so desire
Mondays & Wednesdays (with exception of 4th July week which will be Wednesday & Friday)
Time: 8 am to 9 am
Location: Peninsula College
Ages: 12 to 18 / Girls & Boys
Cost:  $170         Minimum:  10     Maximum: 20

Thank you for your interest  in Peninsula College Youth Summer Athletic Performance Program.   The registration sheet is for you to print out and bring to the first day you attend camp or you can email back to me. 

Step 1:  Email Tim Tucker and notify your intention of registering for the Athletic Performance program.  ( We have limited spaces for this program so we will accept people off of our email intent list first ). 

Step 2:  Fill out registration form and email back to Tim Tucker with your intent to register email or bring with you to your first day of the program.

Step 3:  Payment:   If you wish to pay by check or cash (exact amount only ) you may do so at the first training session or if you wish to pay by credit card please indicate in your email to Tim Tucker and he will send directions to you on how to do that. 

Our main mode of communication will be through email. This will include any possible information regarding the closure of a session because of instructor illness or weather related concerns.  Please make sure to give us an email that you check regularly.
